Privacy Notice - Personal Data Processing

The following document has been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of articles 13-14 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

Trinity Labs S.r.l.s., as data controller, in the performance of its activities, collects and processes personal data provided by the interested parties. In order to guarantee the protection and exercise of the rights provided by law regarding the protection of personal data, the interested party is informed of the following:

Processing Purposes

The data provided by the interested parties will be processed for the following purposes:

• Management of business activities, pre-contractual and contractual relationships that may be established following contact between the interested party and the controller.
• Organization and management of events (webinars) through web platforms.

Beyond the personnel responsible for managing your contract, data may be processed by the following subjects:

• Mailing and logistics companies
• IT service providers
• Public bodies
• Credit institutions
• Consulting firms
• Law firms
• Financial intermediary companies
• Commercial agents

Legal Basis

The legal basis for data processing activities are:

• For activities related to commercial, pre-contractual and contractual relationships, the legal basis is the contract.

Methods for Exercising Data Subject Rights

The interested party is informed, in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 2 of EU Regulation 2016/679, of the methods by which they may exercise their rights.

The interested party is informed that Trinity Labs S.r.l.s., pursuant to Article 12, paragraph 3 of EU Regulation 2016/679, has:

• Up to 1 month from the date of submission of the request by the interested party to respond regarding the exercise of the rights listed below.
• This deadline may be extended by two months depending on the number of requests.

Data Retention Period

The interested parties are informed that the personal data provided will be retained by Trinity Labs S.r.l.s. for the entire duration of the contractual relationship. Any data that may be generated as a result of further contractual relationships (tax documentation, etc.) will be retained according to legal requirements.

Data Subject Rights

The controller, pursuant to Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, undertakes to guarantee the full exercise of the rights of the interested party, unless this would prejudice a legitimate right or the rights of other interested parties in the processing. The interested party who wishes to exercise such rights may do so by writing to: trinitylabs@pec.it

The interested party is informed that, pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 2, letter D of EU Regulation 2016/679, should they find serious breaches or complain of non-compliance with any of the rights set out in this notice by Trinity Labs S.r.l.s., they may lodge a formal complaint with the national privacy guarantor.
